Use the form below to request a milestone exam. Request must be submitted no later than 12 hours before a meeting. Training requirements may not allow a milestone exam to administered. If this is the case then the request will be delayed to the next week.
Cadets cannot request the Spaatz Exam via this form. Requests for the Spaatz Exam must happen in accordance with CAPR 60-1. Please refer to CAPR 60-1 for guidance on request the Spaatz Exam.
