Message sent on the behalf of Capt Mary Beth Marx. *Please direct questions
to Capt Marx at mbmarx.cap at gmail.com <mbmarx.cap at gmail.com>*:

This Saturday we will be holding a Communications Exercise at the Squadron
HQ where we will try to talk to Royal Air Force Air Cadets in England (as
in the country across the Atlantic Ocean!).

The exercise will start at 1200 hours and run until 1500 hours. Uniform is
BDUs.

Members will have the opportunity to transmit meteorological reports via
High Frequency (HF) radios. Weather, time of day, and the time of the year
all affect radio signals, so it is possible we will not be able to connect
with them, but we will certainly try and see what we can do!

You are invited to attend the exercise if you are interested in
participating in this comm event, and no other activities are scheduled at
HQ at this time. Captain O'Neil, Major Clark, and Captain Marx will all be
present and engaged in the communications exercise for the above listed
time period.

*If you wish to attend please complete the attached CAPF 32 and bring it
with you to the event.*

Respectfully,

Captain Mary Beth Marx, CAP
La Crosse Composite Squadron
