[Cadets] Cadet Update

Everyone,

This Saturday we will be in Dress Blues.

We will be presenting C/2d Lt Chantelle Wernecke her General Billy Mitchell
Award at 11:00am.  Additionally, we will be sharing Encampment experiences,
time for achievement testing, and drill & ceremonies.
